He came by my house, looked at what I needed and gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable. He told me to give him a couple of days lead time to make sure he could schedule me in. I had talked to a couple of other companies and got "floating" quotes that left it very open ended to charging more. Ben told me the day he was available, showed up on time and completed the install as promised for the quoted amount he originally gave me. He is very professional, courteous and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone that needs RV service. The nice thing is it was done in my yard, I did not have to hook up and drop it at a dealer.

Avoid this company at all costs. As part of that "repair," they charged $500 for a fuel pump--despite the fact that we had replaced that exact pump only 30 days prior. The technician did get it running and explicitly told us to start it every day to verify the repair, noting that they provide a 90-day warranty. We followed his instructions, and by the very next morning, the generator was completely dead. When we called them back out to honor their warranty, they had the audacity to try and charge us for a "new" repair, claiming the failure was unrelated. A repair that lasts less than 24 hours is a failed service, not a new problem. They are unprofessional, they overcharge for unnecessary parts, and they refuse to back up their own claims. Save your money and your sanity--find a different company that actually knows what they're doing.

From our first conversation, we knew we were in good hands. When the Hydro-Hot (Aqua-Hot) on our 2006 Newmar Essex (Class A) motorhome decided to stop working, leaving us with no hot water, we were stressed. We are Full-Time RVers so there was no "going home". We needed it fixed - and fast. A local RV dealership in Tampa highly recommended Jose, and they gave him a call for us on the spot. We set up an appointment and he came out to help. The consistent and honest communication from Jose was unparalleled in today's market. We felt we had a friend we could trust. Jose is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He takes the time to explain the work being done and ensures that you are completely satisfied with the results. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and their RVs. The quality of work at Camp Ready RV Services is exceptional. They offer a wide range of services, including maintenance and repairs, ensuring that your RV is always in top condition for your next adventure. Jose's expertise and attention to detail are evident in every aspect of his work. He provided great pricing, excellent workmanship, and an astonishing turnaround time that far exceeded my expectations. After attending the Tampa RV show (this happened during that week) and speaking directly with Aqua-Hot company representatives, everything they told us was fully in sync with what Jose had explained. Jose called us the minute the parts came in and was here as promised. He worked on the issue with a smile and a friendly demeanor until it was completely fixed and the pricing was exactly what was explained. We ended up scheduling our annual service with him, and fully trust his work. Whether you need routine maintenance or more extensive repairs, Camp Ready RV Services is THE place to go. S&S RV Adventures highly recommends Camp Ready RV Services and Jose to anyone in need of RV services. The professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused approach make them the best in the business.
