Instead of just ringing up gas on my pump & letting me advance pay as requested, the clerk wanted to argue with me about the pump not working. Ended up just leaving without getting gas. They accused me of picking it up earlier in the day and said they would have to have the manager review surveillance footage to verify, then later ADMITTED that THEY CHARGED ANOTHER CUSTOMER for MY medication. Now they're blaming insurance and another pharmacy, who I have had no trouble at all reaching, for the issue and they still do not have the correct prescription! When I called, they placed me on hold for 20+ minutes and claimed they were on other calls, even though their hold cue said there were 0 callers ahead of me! Unacceptable!!!

You can't beat IGA's fried chicken. The whole meal my husband picks up is so good. He's always the one that stops by there so I'm not sure if it's a combo or if he just picks everything independently. The Meal.. Fried Chicken, Mac &Cheese, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Green Beans & Biscuits. It is literally the BEST fried chicken I've had outside of my granny's. The first time my husband brought this home my mother in law had dinner with us & none of us could believe how delicious this meal was. Everything was so good that now we get it at least once every 2 weeks, at least. My husband and I are even guilty of getting up in the middle of the night and eating whatever chicken was left (if there is any) and we eat it cold. Believe it or not it's just as good cold. The Mac and cheese is made with white cheese, which we all really liked a lot. And almost nothing beats dipping the biscuits in the mashed potatoes and gravy. We had it again tonight and as usual it didn't disappoint. Plus it's a great thing to have something so good in our little town. There isn't a whole lot of options without having to drive to the neighboring town.

I live in Springfield and drive to Gallatin, so I've stopped here a dozen times and they just get worse and worse. They really need to hang a sign outside that says "Customers, if you're looking for friendly, intelligent service, DON'T STOP HERE". On top of that, the place is filthy and crawling with flies, to where it's very hard NOT to throw up when inside watching all the flies on their food. Again, Staff doesn't give a damn. This place is a Truck Stop, NOT a convenience store. Either keep driving on Hwy 25 to Terry's Gas Station in Cross Plains or stay on 65S and stop in White House!
