great gas station/car wash. this is my go too for gas however they need to get the pump receipt printers fixed. i go for convenience but usually have to go inside for a car wash receipt because they don't work outside. read more

I've been to this Speedway establishment once at least,wasn't much to review for that time. So I came here as a pit stop, this place has plenty of space and gas pumps. Tons of stuff to choose from. It's sheltered too in a sense so you're not getting drenched if it's pouring. The staff is friendly as well. Definitely look forward to coming here more. read more

Today I attempted to shop at this gas station. The older blonde woman refused my service and embarressed me at this location. Under Pritzkers law people with medical conditions arent required to wear a mask. Yet the employee panicked and refused me service. Ive been going here for years but now do to this employee I wont be. Im a 100% disabled veteran and have breathing disability so Im not required to wear a mask. I even showed my disability form showing I cant wear a mask to a tinley police lady. Under the law I was discriminated against for my disability and because of 1 employee panicing not because of Pritzkers law. He clearly stated this. FACE COVERINGS: Beginning on May 1, individuals will be required to wear a face-covering or a mask when in a public place where they can't maintain a six-foot social distance. Face-coverings will be required in public indoor spaces, such as stores. This new requirement applies to all individuals over the age of two who are able to medically tolerate a face-covering or a mask. Under the ADA, a business open to the public is a "public accommocation" and must allow all people with disabilities access to their services. When a disabled person is denied access to the service due to the disability then the ADA is violated, and the business must face the consequences.   . Can a grocery store deny service to a person with a disability because his or her disability or behavior resulting from the disability may be disturbing to other customers? A. No. The ADA specifically prohibits this type of discrimination against people with disabilities. read more

This station can easily double their pumps, but they seem to ignore the constant lines at the single filling stations. Pumps are only sometimes functional. You will never see every pump in working order. If the yellow bags aren't hanging on a pump handle, you can bet the credit card reader doesn't work. Do not plan a quick pull-in and fill-up. Only stop here if you've been riding on "E" for the last 19 miles. read more

Watch these guys. Pull in says 4.15, get out of car says 4.19, go inside and get back in car 2-4 minutes back to 4.15 a gallon. Happens every week for past month. read more

I need to clarify in that I know nothing about Gas City and their gas services (other than that they are expensive). This review is strictly about their donuts because their donuts are heaven in your mouth. I stopped here on my way to work today for a quick breakfast. They advertise outside in the lawn with a big tacky sign that they have fresh donuts. Don't let the tackiness deter you...step into this gas station and experience the wonderfullness that is a fresh donut that melts in your mouth. When you walk in the store - ignore the donut case directly across from the cashier (there are muffins and cookies here) this is not where you want to be. Continue inward and you will find two large cases under a FRESH DONUTS sign filled with glorious pastries. They may look just like ordinary donuts...but they are not. Mine wasn't warm (I got there a little late), but I've heard rumors that when they are warm they are even better than what I am currently describing! They're little, but worth the 80 cents. With chocolate chips and sprinkles on the tops they are filled with delicious sugar and just melt in your mouth. It was so soft to the touch that I almost crushed the little thing before I could pay for it. Next time, I'm going to get two! read more

Been here plenty of times had a problem with the pump called and the store I spoke to was no were near professional, and didn't seem to care about the problem will never go back it sucks because I love going to this speedway but I will never go back. I will continue to go to another gas station either another speedway or a shell this experience was absolutely terrible and very upset store needs employees that actually care about working there. read more

This station is not reliable. Either pumps or credit card reader is inoperative. You have find another station. Not sure why they have so many issues. read more

Typical gas station. Customer service is surprisingly very friendly. Tons of options for food and drink. Being in Will County makes the gas prices a little more bearable here. read more

I really like this speedway. They always have a fair gas price albeit they are just over the Cook-Will County on the cheaper Will County side. They also have a helpful and friendly staff! read more

Hate this station. For being in Will County and have cheaper taxes it always has higher prices that stations in Cook County. The new card readers at the pump are terrible. I tried to pay at the pump and it did nothing. I put my card in and it did nothing. I tried pushing buttons and still nothing. The only good thing about them is now you can scan your Speedway card that is on your keys. read more

BUYER BEWARE - FALSE ADVERTISING ON STREET SIGN. PRICE GOUGING. Been to this station many times, it's just inside Will County by 1/2 block, gas is cheaper than Cook County, where I live just 1.5 miles from this gas station. But this habit will stop. Street sign read Regular Gas at $1.87 so I pulled into the pump to fill up. I just happened to check the pump price, $2.19 a gallon. I cancelled my credit card transaction before I started to pump. I headed to the counter to ask what was going on, before I got inside I ran into a worker from the station, I asked her what was going on with the price difference. She said there was a change in price. I headed back to my car to to leave without filling up, and I noticed the price went back to $1.86. I put my card in and filled up at the great price. Once finished I grabbed my receipt and waited for the pump to reset for the next customer, it read $2.19 - - a .33 cents jump in price, in seconds. I went inside to the counter to complain, the shift manager stated that CORPORATE raised the price, she had no control. I am done buying gas at Speedways. I then headed to the Shell in COOK county, about 2.5 miles from my house, the price was $1.87. Time to start using Gas Buddy again. read more

2 stars for convenience only. They lack customer service big time here after what I experienced. I went in one evening to fill up gas and as I was waiting in line I observed the clerk mistreat an elderly woman who was waiting patiently in line. That cashier was lucky that the elderly woman wasn't my mother because if she was that cashier's jaw would have to be wired after I'd be done. But hey, what else would you expect from ignorant low minimum wage employees. read more
