You are able to smell all of the teas that they have available in a leaf fashion (aka unbrewed) prior to deciding to purchase. There are way more chocolates to purchase then the 6 that we tried. All of the allergens are listed everywhere so you know if there is any cross contamination or issues that you could have by eating & drinking the items. The service was awesome. They go through everyone who had something to buy quickly while being able to answer questions from anyone who asked them something.
