In my experience, Turkey Hill Markets tend to be newer and cleaner and for this one - it was true. It's a good place to stop for a quick break while traveling.

Spent the…read morefirst couple of days laughing hysterically at ourselves making fun of the name of this place (think Ren & Stimpy voices). When that got old, we actually checked a couple of them out. Here's the highlights: - Cheap gas - FREE AIR - REALLY good espresso drinks. I am a serious coffee addict/snob/pain-in-the-ass and the Americano with organic/fair trade coffee was delicious. - Decent food - for a gas station. Lots of burger alternatives and some healthy options. - SPOTLESS bathrooms. They actually smell nice. Can't understand why everyone doesn't give this place 5 stars straight up. It is a mecca for road-trippers and the staff are really nice as well. Compared to the crap 7-Elevens, and others it's no contest. (By the way - the name is a family name and the website features about 7 of the family members who actually run this place.)

Absolute clown-show management and a humiliating experience…read more I walked into Sheetz to buy alcohol, walked up to the counter, and laid my completely valid, legal ID right on the counter. I was the one paying. I was the one carrying the product. My friend was literally just standing next to me. She wasn't buying anything. She didn't touch my items, didn't hand over a form of payment, and wasn't part of the transaction. But your power-tripping employee decided to play amateur cop and refused my sale just because my friend didn't have her ID on her. Since when does a convenience store require every breathing human within a five-foot radius of the register to be carded just for standing near an adult making a legal purchase? Are you running a gas station or a high-security checkpoint for a club? I am old enough, my ID proved it, and I was the buyer. Treating paying customers like criminals over a completely fabricated policy is embarrassing. Train your staff how to use some basic common sense, or expect people to take their business--and their money--anywhere else. Absolutely pathetic service.

Best convenience store (should be another name because they are a class above) ever. Fresh foods and deli, multiple coffees hot and fresh, Tastycake cakes and pies, and friendly fast service. Don't let the lines fool you, as it's always busy. When I get there I stock up and enjoy them daily. Before my return, i buy Tastykake's fabulous eclairs, which cannot be found in any Ohio stores. It's a go-to place for all of my friends and family. Why on earth, as they continue to expand, do they not bring some Wawa's to northeast Ohio? I've been waiting for a very long time.

Parking spots for auto were in the 15-20 range. So there was no fighting for parking spot. --Ambience-- Great to have a brightly lit gas station/convenience store in the dark wet night. It was a sign of life in a dimly lit highway. Well stocked Love's, no trouble in fighting for pumps or traffic getting in and out. Attached to a Subway and McDonalds which enhances your choice of food. --Service/Staff-- Staff were awesome especially the lady that got water for my dog and got me in and out quickly, which at early morning truckers need to be on the road. --Products-- Hidden dog park that is near the auto parking and where the truck section starts. It can be easily missed along the edge of the perimeter. I only found it because my dog was walking along the parked vehicles. --Capacity-- I saw a line of trucks in the area. I feel there were about 8-12 trucks parked along the edge, but more in the back which I could view from the auto section. --Overall-- Great rest stop to fill up and great selection of food. Traffic consistent and no issue with waiting for gas pumps.
