I pulled over next to the 76 shop and found deep scrapes and scratches all around my car, with multiple cracks and gouges in the glass roof. The lady behind me had the same thing happen to her car, although she also had dents in multiple places. Upon discussing with the staff inside, they closed the wash and gave me the manager, Sunan's contact number. Thus far, he has read my texts including images of the damage, and has not replied (5 days since this occurred as of writing, with two follow ups). He has also ignored two phone calls from me.
