After making jokes about the machine, the employee (who had a passing resemblance to David Crosby) did something and then the machine worked fine. I went outside and pumped my gas... slowly. Did I mention it was cold outside? I expect to pay money, get gas, and leave. Two of those things took longer than necessary. Boo.

After all, it's not a Buc-ees. ;-) I have stopped at Stewart's Shops to fill up with gas, coffee and something to nibble on in multiple places when I am in their part of the country and I suspect I will continue to do so each time I encounter a location in the future.

In general, Sunoco's whole NASCAR aesthetic really turns me off. Ugh.
