She also is a force of nature when it comes to supporting the community and local artists, crafters, writers, and tea lovers! Depending on your appetite, the tea menu provides plenty of options from a "Spot of Tea", a pot of tea, two scones and fruit to the "Dilly-Dally Tea" which includes two pots of tea, four scones both savory and sweet, tea sandwiches, fruit, cheese, crudités, pastries and petite desserts. With the set menu changing monthly, you may be served such delightful tea sandwiches as cherry-walnut cream cheese, lavender chicken salad, avocado egg salad, carrot raisin sweet sandwich, tuna baby-pea crostini and the classic cucumber and cream cheese. The savory scones may include spring onion and cheddar while the sweet selection may be a peach cobbler scone. We love, support, and appreciate their mission (evidenced by their merch & decor), which is to serve coffee and culture to those who love America. The service has always been phenomenal--friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We've come at less busy times so we haven't had to wait in line or wait long for our order to be fulfilled. They offer 5 signature beverages, aptly called "Hero Beverages, which consist: Liberty Bell (caramel & vanilla), Betsy Ross (wild blackberry & white mocha), Jet Fuel (spiced brown sugar & energy boost), 1776 (sea salt toffee caramel & mocha), and Smokey Joe (hickory smoke).
