If I could leave no stars I would. This place has become a joke. Use to have amazing service when they first got remodeled and opened back up. Day shift is amazing. The night shift just doesn't care. When you order food from the speedy Cafe. Your going to get pure crap. Just don't do it. Go to the other Speedway across town where you'll get treated better and their service is amazing. Covington Ave Speedway needs new management that actually cares about the business. read more

This place is a joke, they never have enough employees to have the cafe open, and when it is open the food is horrible, they NEVER put pizza sauce on the pizza, it isn't pizza without the sauce. They started making greasy popcorn so now going into the store leaves the customer smelling like disgust stale grease. read more

I had high hopes for this location when it was rebuilt a couple years ago. The first year it was great. I loved the new cafe and the store was open and roomy. Now, pretty disappointed with the place. Although they have the cafe they went back to using the self serve roller which is constantly empty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages. They put up new cabinets all over the place so now the open areas are all cluttered. They put up these stupid bank teller ropes that "guide" you single file to the register. I use an electric mobility chair from time to time because of walking issues. I had to stop going to the store when I use the chair because of those ropes. I can't get to the registers without knocking everything over. I used to be a regular customer, but now I only go in to buy a fountain drink. You used to get a bargain with their hot food selection, I always like their hot dogs, but they raised their prices to the point it is cheaper to go to a restaurant. This store continues to fail their customers. Now you can't even use the speedy rewards computer inside the store and clearly nobody is paying attention that it's broken. Half the time the pumps don't have any receipts just like today. This store needs cleaned up. read more

Stopped in the remodeled Speedway. Worst service ever. One register open and 10 people in line. One of the workers, possibly the manager stood talking to a friend the entire time. Half of the freeze machines were out of order. The lids were empty and said worker was busy talking. Expected better service from Speedway. read more
