We have continually had great service and excellent communication from this shop. The last time I brought my car in for a repair, they provided a complete diagnostic report with photos of the problem. They broke down all of their concerns along with estimates for each itemized repair. We have brought all of our vehicles in, and had nothing but great service. It's tough to get reliable auto work done in a small mountain town. But CT's has really come a long way, providing dependable repair work in a friendly atmosphere. My parents seem to like this place though, so we stopped here last week. The counter attendant had to have been one of the rudest people that I've ever met. Flat out, plainly, simply rude. This is not how you should treat customers. This was my first trip into this location in 16 years of being around Pagosa Springs, and it'll definitely be my last.
