Pulled up to the drive-through window about 16 minutes later and we promptly informed that our coffee wasn't ready and it'd be another 10 to 15 minutes minimum and asked us to park and pick up inside. A shame because I would like to see more small businesses around here and cafés especially, but I haven't gone back after the way the owner was talking to his employees and someone on the phone while I was standing right at the counter.
