The parent company (Linn Company) responded by immediately saying they weren't to blame because "no other car reported damage that day." Between the negligent equipment and the complete lack of accountability from both the location manager and the corporate office, this was one of the most unprofessional customer experiences I've ever had. Bottom line: their "touchless" marketing is misleading, their equipment is dangerous, and their staff/leadership will not take responsibility. I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash -- not worth risking damage to your vehicle or the headache of dealing with indifference from management.

And if you're unlucky enough to talk to the snotty uninformative employee I encountered, you're crabby about her too. Then when you get home and call Cub's main customer service you get to try to deal with someone who barely speaks English and knows nothing about what's going on in Minnesota. I told him I could show him the 2 $.25 boxes of Mike and Ike's I put down and I also stated I could patiently wait until he checked his cameras and my bf vouged for me because he was there with me the whole time.
