Time to update this review…read more After my continued frustration with the curbside pickup four years ago, I only came here to get fuel. Almost two years ago, I noticed they designed dedicated parking spaces for curbside pickup. No more guessing where to park. I took a chance and ordered online. I am happy I did! Since then, there have been no issues with the curbside service. The App is fully functional and checking in has been a breeze. I now have returned to this location for shopping and fuel. Great work BJ's!

It just the location and anything special about the particular location that changes. I love BJ's gas stations for so many reasons with the number 1 being the cost of gas. This is an incredible perk to the membership especially if you take advantage of buying the items that actually reduce the per gallon price even further. What I save in gasoline prices more than make up for the membership costs and... I get a great cash bank bonus along with BJ rewards. It's definitely a win-win to be a member. I made the mistake of shopping after I purchased gas and both items were part of their "reduction in gas prcice" selection. The stations are spacious with an easy access wherever they're located. The long hoses make it easy now matter which side you come from. There is always an attendant on duty so if you need help, someone is close by. Another nice perk is free air. A $1.25 is not a lot for an air machine but if your uses it a couple of times a month you save yourself another $30.00. My tires always seem the need to be refilled... The attendant could not solve the issue and directed me to another gas pump . So i filled up at the other pump and paid $11.85 for gas . Here's the issue : My credit card number was somehow stored in the malufunctioning pump and someone received $50.00 worth of gas that was charged to my credit card . Upon reviewing the camera , management clearly admitted that some other car pulled up to the malfunctioing pump ( which had self reset) right after me and received gas charging my card. They refused to refund me , basically telling me dispute the charge with the credit card company . VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE to not take responsibility for their equipment issue .

I stop by to fill up when passing by even when I have a half tank just for the bargain and the convenience. Convenience store always has people going in and out, but I haven't tried that yet. Three days ago, when I stopped by to get gas, I scanned BJ's card and selected regular, but I noticed that the pump was charging me for premium gas. I tried to get the attendant(in his glass room) to help solve the problem or at least explain what was going on. He stared at me several times and then just turned his face away. I stopped pumping and went over to him to ask why I was being charged for premium instead of what I selected, and why there was no paper in the pump (as usual). He was extremely rude and adversarial, yelling from inside his booth that I should file a complaint with management. When I asked him--again--why the pumps NEVER have paper, he told me to look up the management's number and speak to them myself. He even refused to give me his name. I will not be giving them any more business. Even though the price is a bit lower, the operation and customer service are horrible.

Also, people who pay cash park at a pump, go to the attendant to give him money, walk back to the pump, gas up, then walk back to the attendant to get their change, the walk back to their car. Another cause of long lines. There should be cash only and credit/debit card only pumps.

The intersection is a bit hectic so sometimes pulling out into traffic can be annoying. And today when I was filling up my tank/emptying my wallet, I noticed that the whole handle of the nozzle was doused in gas. So I had to drive around with my hand reaking of gasoline the entire day. Also, they have those little advertisement monitors built into the pump, and the ads are so loud and annoying. If they were a bit lower in volume, I might pay semi-attention to and render it a successful ad placement, but alas I walk away having tuned it out and not remembering anything from them.
