The seating wasn't super comfortable, but I was able to hang out for about an hour or so, reading and having a nice warm meal. When I make an online reservation, at Ivy's address, there's no option to select Coco Cabana, so I don't know why there has happened multiple times. It seems like they're trying to force people to go to their less popular restaurant, which feels unethical and is very off putting. They have some pretty nice daily specials and didn't have to wait long for my sandwich. I went through the drive thru and had ordered a breakfast bragel, a bagel with cream cheese and 20oz Red Bull pink cream freeze and usually these things are on point however when I received my drink the drink was white and did not taste like the pink Red Bull at all or Red Bull for that fact. I stated to the gal at the window that this item was not correct and she asked her coworker if she put the pink Red Bull in the drink she stated she did when the gal at the window spoke to me she replied with "she said she did so I don't know?" I replied back to her very politely and said "well these are supposed to be pink not white" the gal's response was "oh well I'm not sure here you go" and basically made me take the drink that was not correct and I am not happy with this at all. I understand this being a stressful job sometimes but maybe have the workers work on customer etiquette and re-teach them how to properly make a freeze and I might come back. This was just a very disappointing experience. The food however was fine.
