Some (or all) of their ciders are JUST yeast and apples, so there's no extra sugar added that makes it undrinkable. The two running the tasting room (Saturdays only) were a pleasure to talk to about cider and craft beer. They even gave us a tour of their facility without us even asking. We ended up doing a flight of ciders, getting a pint, and taking home two bottles. Glad to support them!

My Wife and I came on a freezing cold windy and snowy day, and walked into a warm and welcoming tasting room. There is a bar, along with a few tables, that could seat about 20-25 people. We each had a flight of the 4 ciders they currently had available, and then a few tasters of our favorites after that. We ended up buying 2 bottles of cider, a pint glass, a shot glass and two shirts; one for each of us. LOVED their logo. As they grow and more people find out who and where they are, I bet Forgotten ciders will be on a shelf near you. Until then, come taste and talk with the family that owns and runs this hidden gem. When asked to select a store (must do to continue), I entered zip code 48858 (2 stores in this zip code) was given the message "there's no store within 50 miles"! I then typed in the exact address and the same message popped up. So, I couldn't get the refill and am now out of my med. I left Walgreens pharmacy previously due to the same sort of complication. Now, I'll try CVS. It's a pathetic situation when trying to fill an Rx online with any Walgreens location. You've been warned!

They may not always have what I need in stock but are willing to help me find it if that's the case. I imagine it's been pretty difficult to be a pharmacist in these last few years but you wouldn't know it by looking at the pharmaceutical staff at this Walgreens because, as far as patients are concerned, they take everything in stride. We experienced a bad situation when I was fueling my wife's car. Since we wanted some snacks for our long drive I went inside to pay for the fuel. My wife pulled up. When she did, the clerk ran out of the store accusing my wife of trying to drive off without paying for the fuel. When the clerk realized her mistake she still refused to apologize. Quite frankly, if they're that paranoid of having people stealing fuel, they should make it so guests have to prepay or pay at the pump. The inside of the store is clean and they have excellent baked goods from Cops Doughnuts in Clare. However, when they closed down the A & W and replaced it with Subway I was disappointed. The staff that work at Subway too can be quite rude unlike the friendly staff that worked A & W. There is another area of improvement that they should make. The entrance drives and the parking lot are quite rough. In a nutshell, if they improved their customer service I would have given a much better review. They have a long ways to go to improving guest service.
