After having brake pads replaced, the owner told me I needed a new caliper on one of the wheels which they replaced. Unfortunately on my first trip on the highway, 2 days after the service, my wheel where the caliper was replaced started smoking and I had to park the car and get a ride home. After getting the car to a friend's home and replacing the new caliper with another new one, the car is driving fine. The owners refused to believe me despite receipts from NAPA. Completely disappointing. ZERO stars!!!

If I could give Extreme Towing negative stars I would. My son's car broke down at his high school…read more We have roadside assistance, so we called our insurance company to have the car towed. We were told it would be 45 minutes to 105 minutes until Extreme Towing got here to pick it up. It has been over 3 1/2 hours and they are still not here yet. At the two hour mark my wife called them, at the 2 1/2 hour mark I called, at the 3 hour mark our insurance company called them. Extreme Towing does not have the ability to gauge how long it will take them to pick up your vehicle. Their revised estimates are consistently wrong. I wasted my entire afternoon sitting in a parking lot. This company is the definition of unreliable. Avoid Extreme Towing at all costs.
