Service is disgusting! My hard of hearing disabled mom went in to use the restroom services, lady working there told her something and she did not understand . When we walked in to help her the lady just started harassing and screaming at my wife and 2 babies. It was extremely hard to understand what she was saying finally we understood she said the bathroom wasn't working.She proceeded to make offensive comments, she could've used a regular tone voice no need to scream and be rude. she didn't even let us say anything. I'm really shocked and dismayed at what terrible shape this place is in. All of the speedways in Indianapolis and most across the state have been updated with new pumps and credit card readers. This one is super old, nasty, and the first pump I pulled up to was out of order but there was no bag on the pump to indicate that. After fueling, I wanted to go inside to grab coffee, and there was a handwritten sign on it that said cash only. I don't know if they're just lazy or if it had to do with recent power outages in the area but it was very annoying. Don't waste your time. Just go across the street to family express for service with a smile. I went over there to buy coffee and the ladies were super sweet. And the place was clean as always. read more

Women's bathroom hasn't been cleaned in days. No toilet paper and 6 empty rolls on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

We used to stop in here regularly on the way back to Chicago/Milwaukee because it used to be the cheapest gasoline before the long stretch eastbound on 94 across Indiana into the Chicago Tollway, but this isn't so true anymore. Prices fluctuate, generally it's often cheaper just into Michigan, or just as cheap along 94 before you hit Illinois. More importantly, this gas station has seen better days. It's always crowded and busy, and the last couple of times in, we've had to wait for pumps to open up. Many of the customers here don't use credit cards, and come here to purchase lottery tickets with specific number combinations so there's also always a wait at the cashier, sometimes fairly lengthy. There's always a wait for the restrooms, which the Chief of Staff describes as "not the worst we've ever seen," but we've traveled extensively through India. They don't use nice fresh soapy water in the window cleaner by the pumps, it's always watery and dirty if not empty and dry. Hmm, now that I've written that all up, I realize we may not ever come back. The workers are always nice, so there's that. read more

CREDIT CARD FRAUD ALERT!! April 2015 We passed through Indiana on our way home to Texas from Michigan and we stopped here for gas. I used my card at the pump and my wife used hers inside to get snacks. June 2015 we received a call from our bank that someone had tried to use her card at a speedway in Indiana and a Walgreens in Indiana. There's no other place we stopped at within 300miles of Indiana. Best Speedway in Michigan City. Everyone there is nice and friendly. Pumps need replaced very outdated.
