My family and I ordered 4 drinks, and was waiting by the counter observing each order to come out. We were excited to get our drink to begin our family day. We have checked in once for our drink and we were told that the drink was taken by other customers and they will re-make our drinks, which is fine, as I completely understand with the busy morning hour. We kept waiting for another 10 minutes and they haven't even start our drinks. We left and asked for refund and grabbed coffee somewhere else.

CARDS. You know, the things you buy when you care about people? The irony was lost on whoever was behind the counter. No "thank you." No smile. My friend is a minor yet the employee flirted shamelessly with them and every other female customer. Because I refused to answer his personal questions he made my order wrong. I am very lactose intolerant and ordered oat milk for my drink. Not until I was half way through my drink did he tell me that he had made it with whole milk. My grandma waited 20min for one coffee that tasted way too much of cinnamon. This is not the first time that I have had an unpleasant experience with this specific employee. I truly like this shop and love its coffee but would hate to have to go less frequently.
