I drove to this location for that purpose and when I realized that White Castle was attached, I thought I'd go ahead and fill up as well and use the restroom. This way I could do everything in one stop. As I filling up, I went in to use the restroom. A young lady was cleaning the credit card machine and I asked for the restroom key since the door had a sign to do so. I told her that I was a paying customer and would like the key to the restroom. She asked me which pump. I told her I didn't as I didn't look. I was thinking to myself, I'm paying at the pump with my card so why bother looking at the pump number. She was not relenting, so I walked back out to the pump to get the pump number. I came back in and told her and she says "Oh well someone else is in there now". I was infuriated! I have never experienced this at a gas station before. I will never return to this location. Typically, I don't even buy Speedway gas as I don't feel it's of good quality and this experience of terrible service just made it worse. I didn't even bother getting the White Castle at this point. I never got to use the restroom. I just drove off and I was so upset that I turned around to get her name. Yes, C.C. needs some major training in customer service. A paying customer who filled up my tank was not allowed to use the restroom without providing the pump number. Are you kidding me? I do not recommend this gas station at all!

When ever I go there, Usha and all the employees are so kind. I like that they only keep a few pieces because I know I will always get fresh food! After all, you get gas when you need it or if you're stopping for food or to use the bathroom or whatever and not based on what some dude driving from Chicago to Toronto has to say about a random Shell station. But I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to this place. It looks like a nice enough service station but I was only there for a minute. The reason I'm going out of my way to recommend it is that they actually took nineteen (!!) Sacagawea dollars off my hands when I went to pay for gas that I wouldn't have been able to get rid of otherwise, seeing as I was on my way back to Canada. Seriously. If that's not a minor miracle, I don't know what is. As an aside, don't ask what I was doing with nineteen Sacagawea dollars. Needless to say, I'm a bit of an idiot.
