Their matcha here isn't even comparable to any of the spots in California. You are being scammed. Too much milk. Not enough matcha. No earthiness to their matcha. Just tastes like sweetened milk with bits of grassiness if I am being completely honest. To top it off, the customer service is terrible here. The barista couldn't even be bothered to smile or ask how you are doing. Almost felt like an inconvenience ordering from her. Ordered my drink for dine-in and I would rather just grab my drink myself than watch them set it down haphazardly on the tables. The ambiance is great and I see why it can be a great study spot, however, I can't justify the poor customer service and subpar drinks to come back here.

My only "complaint" was the plugs for computers was no where near a table and somewhat of an inconvenience. More plugs to charge would be great so I don't have to drain my battery to nothing!
