My son went to pick it up and was told they were out of stock. This is a routine and common occurrence with them. It's always "a national shortage " excuse. Walgreens... I follow the news. You use this excuse for everything . Staff are overworked and I feel for them but the Company is messing with peoples lives ... three hrs later finally got my med at a local pharmacy. Constantly some issue, computer…read moredown, pharmacist not there because has to cover another store, the don't have the medication, tell you 10-15 minutes then still not ready after 25-30 minutes ( why lie, just say need an hour...Then throw another person under bus ) Had to make three trips in one week to get one medication filled because one problem after another. I think there's been a couple other reasons not to be able to get prescription filled. After a dc from hospital was to have 4 medicines only got home with 3. So did hospital only call in three then add another one after she left hospital? The prescriptions were by same physician so I doubt that. ( since the nurse failed to go over nursing dc like she said she was going to do , I didn't know about the 4th medication to inquire about it) so I Will never know the true answer to this issue, however the lack of the 4th medication led to severe leg swelling, that led to skin cancer on legs. Too many disappointing trips to this unreliable pharmacy! People's lives are relying you!! Do better!!
