Must be good…read more Got a message on Sunday that necessitated a trip from Cornelius NC to Linville NC and I was almost out of gas when I got to Boone and this was the first gas station I hit. It's good, clean and part of the Circle K group and the prices are competitive with other stores in the area. Filled up on Sunday and was pleased with the service even though there are a number of mega stations just down the road. Today we drove my wife's car to the funeral and this station is on the same road as the Church so we stopped in. Same great service and while smaller than their newer competition just down the road, they do prove a level of service that is hard to match.

They have food demonstration, quick grab meals and heat n eat areas right near the front for customer convenience. The isles are wide and uncluttered with displays. Staff was visible helpful and friendly. My cashier was the only 1 without a smile but was still very friendly. A staff member even bagged all of my groceries and put them into my cart in an order to ease transfer to my trunk. The beer area has activities planned for every evening. The bartender(? Not sure if this is right term) is knowledgeable about the beers on tap. Recommend this store for every day needs as well as the bar activities!!

She asked how much I wanted, and I repeated that I wanted to fill up. She said I needed to tell her how much, and I said I didn't know, because I wanted to fill up the tank. She told me if I didn't want to tell her how much, I could just "get my a** out of there and go somewhere else." Sadly, my tank was completely empty, so I had no choice but to get $10 worth of gas - and then I went somewhere else. I drive by this station every day, and I use a lot of gas in my service vehicle - but I will never return to this station.
