My son did snag the last gluten free breakfast cookie. My daughter opted for a blueberry muffin while I had the pineapple banana bread. I used to frequent this location a lot, and just recently re-visited after a long break. They have a great selection of pastries daily, and a yummy specialty drink menu that changes with the season. I quite like the coffee here, and it is definitely in my top 5 of AVL! There is a decent amount of seating, including bar type seating right by the baristas. Great place to study or get some work done. Baristas are always friendly to me! There is a small parking lot attached to the business, but I've never been unable to snag a spot. The only negative is that the bagels are DIY at a toaster... I don't come to a coffee shop to make my own bagel!!! After being handed a untoasted bagel with a container of butter and a plastic knife, I had to babysit my bagel at the toaster because I wasn't sure how long and at what setting to toast it at, since it isn't my toaster that I am used to.
