One of the workers (I believe it's the owner-he looked middle eastern and/or Arab, short guy, light brown skin, short hair) was extremely discriminatory to me and other customers. He accused two other customers of stealing by saying something alone the lines of 'I saw what you did on the cameras last time, you need to leave or I'll call the police on you' and the customers responded something along the lines of 'what are you talking about?'; they were confused because they didn't do anything, genuinely. They decided to leave before the police got called/the situation escalated. And I followed out of the store after I used the bathroom and filled up my water bottle. The owner, or worker, then follows me out of the store and asks me if I want to pay for the water I had in my hand. Just to be clear; I had walked in with a life water bottle that I had previously purchased from a Walgreens the day before, & came into the store to refill it with water and use the bathroom while I'm working (I deliver packages for amazon). I told the guy, "no I don't want to pay for this water- water is free"- and I proceeded to walk away. He then threatens to call the police on me for 'stealing water' that I took out of the soda fountain in an unsealed bottle purchased from another store. So he pulls out his phone to record me and says he's gonna check the cameras. I told him to go ahead and check the cameras, call the police, call my company (gave him the name ornament my company and my manager), call amazon! Because I did nothing wrong. He racially profiled me and two other customers, not a minute or 2 before he did me. Do not support this store; if you do and you are black; be careful. read more
