Not sure what his duties are as a customer service greeter. It's a nice store but has a lot of weak links. I am more concerned as a customer to get in a store and checkout my items than be slowed down at the front door. Other than that the store is awesome.

The staff was so nice & friendly. Grateful they were open for the delicious donuts. Everyone was upbeat & it set the mood for the whole place. We got our favorite cinnamon roll with maple frosting & chopped nuts. The cutest red, white, & blue decorated donuts. Red velvet was so good too. Coffee was hot & fresh too. They have a good selection of doughnuts ... yeast, cake, cinnamon buns, shapes and sizes, etc. we got a mixed dozen. The cake doughnuts are soft and fluffy. The yeast doughnuts are chewy. All are tasty. The maple bacon and the cherry cake doughnuts were standouts for us. Service was efficient. It's a small shop with no inside seating (I don't think there was any outside either but I am not positive) so plan to take the to go.
