The store is clean and well taken care of. Staff here was absolutely great. This place has such an amazing future and definitely would make this my new visit.

On 6/20/26 this 7-Eleven Mobil at the Belvedere Oasis sold us contaminated fuel that damaged our…read morecar. The auto repair shop that looked at our car drained the tank and it was nearly all water. The fuel injector was wrecked and all four spark plugs were fouled. We had to pay over $3,500 in repairs but the car is still not as it should be. It was next to impossible to contact the 7-Eleven because all of the phone numbers listed online, including the one that Exxon Mobil lists on their website, are either out of service or disconnect after a few rings. After contacting Exxon Mobil via chat, I finally got a response from 7-Eleven corporate who directed us to call their insurance company, Gallagher Bassett. We called that number, we got an answering service that told us that Gallagher Bassett would "call us back". That was over a week ago. In the meantime, a new diagnostic check on our car is still showing leftover contaminated fuel in the catalytic converter that can only completely burn off by driving the car. By now, however, our registration has expired and we can't renew it because our car won't pass the emissions test. DO NOT patronize this 7-Eleven!

For someone that makes pennys, she seems to be invested in not doing anything that resembles her job. She argued about what she thought she knew instead of helping us try to resolve an issue with an unauthorized use of a credit card. All she could keep on telling us to call the cops. It's one thing not to have fresh donuts and a dirty bathroom. Which this station fits to a tee, but not to even offer a corporate number or refer to a competent human being, this woman was particularly lazy and really could care less. Makes you wonder her part in this.
