I believe the only thing that would help this location would be a new and more effective manager, because the one they have now is in responsive and will not empower her employees to take care of any issues I've had several problems here in the past week with my card, not working, and the people on shift cannot address it. The manager has not empowered them to handle the situations and will not tell them when she will be in specifically so that you can come back and get your problems handled. If this were my business, I would fire the woman. read more

Way way way too expensive. I don't recommend. You have to buy their little card to fund any purchases. The starting price is 3.95 per load. After customizing the settings I ended up paying $4.65 per load to wash my clothes. I didn't stick around to dry them at those prices. I'll find someplace else next time. read more

Wow! I don't think I've been in a Washateria before that has been so clean!! Staff are constantly going around sweeping, emptying trash and wiping down machines and other surfaces. There is a counter selling laundry detergent, laundry bags and other cleaning related materials. The real plus about this location is that they accept credit cards, so no more hunting for enough dollar bills (or quarters) to clean a load of laundry. There are several pay stations which accept cash or credit cards, and then dispense a "wash card" that you use in the washers and dryers. Very fast and efficient. The restrooms are pretty clean too!! There are a couple of soda and snack machines as well as a "children's area" with iPads for kids to occupy their time while their parents wash. There are also a couple of tables set up with iPads and charging stations for adults too. Overall a very nice and clean location. Its relatively new, so hopefully management will keep up with the regular maintenance and cleaning. read more

I am an early bird, like 4 in the morning early bird. This 24/7 laundry facility was a beacon of light in the dark. I also know it's bizarre to do reviews on laundry facilities, but this place is worth the exception. The first impression is it spotless and well maintained. With a few other early risers going about their business, I did not feel any concern about the threat of harm like some 24/7 mats have. There was staff available for any questions. I didn't get the first lady's name on duty, who helped me load my laundry card and explain the process. I was expecting it to be more difficult since I am quite an old school and used to grab a roll of quarters to wash. I happen to be there during the shift change, and the morning lady Diana was super helpful in explaining how to register my laundry card and sign up for the app. They have a drop-off service as well. There are three different types. Wash, dry & go, and two separate wash, dry & fold services. The whole time I was there, the employees were cleaning and helping other customers. The bathrooms are number key coded to keep out the non-customers and keeping them clean and safe. There are multiple TVs and vending machines, a charging station. Plus, if you run out or forget your detergent, they have name-brand detergent and fabric softener available for sale and, finally, new and adequately functioning laundry carts. (No more wobbly wheel that crashes you into everything.) read more

My apartments laundry rooms are always breaking down, I came to Speed Queen at 2am and was a little lost at first, but once I asked for help, Jeremiah made the process easy! He walked me through getting a laundry card, and also refers you to a 'coin to cash' service if you happen to only have coins on you. They have great deals after 11pm (and even regular prices are fair!) The place is super clean, and quick. Dryers are also HUGE. Will be going there weekly for my laundry now! read more

I you have kids please don't come here, they're not kids friendly. I came here about a month ago and had issues with the lady who was there that night her name was Dominga, really rude lady my son is 3 years old who was playing with another kid who was about the same age, when this lady comes up to me saying that I needed to control my son or get out of the place ( none of the kids were playing with the dryers of washers, they were just walking/jogging holding hands and laughing, besides there was no people there besides me and the other little boys family) so I told her that if she wanted me to leave she could just refund me she said NO so I told her it was almost impossible to tell my kid to sit down and just stay there cause he was 3. About 5 min later she was being rude to the other kids family saying that they couldn't have the boy sitting at the table like if was gonna break it, I was mad already and I came up to her and ask her what was her problem to what she said basically that we shouldn't bring our kids with us to do laundry, it made no sense she was fighting with 2 little kids, she called the cops on us, cops came in and talked to me to what I said to them if she wanted me to leave she could just refund me, she said she couldn't do that so she had to wait. I was never rude to her but I did got a little attitude, never understood what her deal was. I have a washer and dryer at my house but I always go to the washateria to wash my blankets and comforters. I thought I would try speed queen. I'm glad I did. it's super clean. Always staffed and open 24 hours! there are TVs and places to sit. the chairs are padded. the employees are very nice. They take credit cards. so no looking for quarters! I usually like to go wash late at night when it's not too crowded and coming here I feel super safe no matter what time it is, it's not sketchy at all like other laundromats. If I could give this place less than one star I would! I have been having a lot of issues with this speed queen since the lock downs and have even had a couple of times where the rude employees have gotten in my face. This last time I went here I was denied a service that is in their policy. They have a one time dry guarentee policy that if your clothes are not dry the first time they will restart it for free. The lady named Ashley refused me this service and her manager Julie refused to speak to me. This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen and to make things worse they have gone up on their fees. It is almost $10 for their washer now. I was told by Ashley that she isnt gonna talk to me because she has to take care of paying customers! I told her that I just put $50 on one of their cards and she said oh, well then you have plenty to pay for the dryer. She refused to follow the store and corporate policy was extremely rude and she even threatened to kick me out. It's no wonder they are looking for new employees. I wont ever use this laundry mat again. I'm also going to get a refund for the $50 I just spent at this lousy place. I have never been treated worse as a customer than here. On top of everything, ever since the lockdowns the store has been very dirty! It seems like every time I go in there there is hair and dirt and lent/dust all over the place including the folding tables. read more

This place is so fantastic I don't even want to review it because I don't want more people to come here and make it less nice. It's super clean and nicely air conditioned. I'm in here on a week day afternoon and it's incredibly quiet. There are two attendants who are alert and willing to help but staying out of my business. It is so convenient to be able to come here and do all my laundry at once. I even have my own washer and dryer but I prefer to do my laundry here. read more

Super nice, probably the cleanest laundromat I've ever been in and plenty of machines. Our washer is leaking so I had to get some clothes washed and this place is close. No quarters, you put money in a machine or scan your credit card and you get a Laundry Card to swipe at the machines. They've got a kids area set up with iPads and entertainment and they offer feee WiFi. Great alternative to my own laundry room. read more

Best laundry mat to go to. I will be making it my go-to from now on. Everything is cashless which i would prefer. Super clean , helpful nice staff , and though the machines SEEM expensive , it actually balances out because you will get a thorough wash and thorough dry. After losing my clothes multiple times, totaling over $100, and having someone else's clothes mixed in with mine, the managers response was only to offer a 20lb wash for free, when I was giving them 30lbs of laundry every time I came in. This place is horrible. I washed my things with no soap or anything. They added soap to my loads. When I called it to their attention, she smiled and tried to blame it on water movement. I pointed out that one of my loads moved as much, but didn't have soap suds in it. She just shrugged. I rewashed all my loads and this time they all contained soap suds, including the one that previously didn't. My guess is typical liberal passive-aggressive crap that is going on everywhere. read more
