Their tomato mix is the best I've ever had - it's very flavorful, just enough spice/not too spicy, just enough tomato & citrus juice, not sweet (I don't enjoy sugar in my beer) - an absolutely yummy treat!! I've also tried their shrimp plate which is absolutely the bomb.COM! It's a tray with a generous amount of cucumber, peanuts, shrimp, topped with a couple different types of hot sauce, a squeeze of lemon juice, and tajin! If you don't get this shrimp topping on your michelada definitely get the plate on the side. You could probably eat the whole serving as a meal or share with your compadre as a little appetizer. SO GOOD! Also this place is a DRIVE-THRU and I'm obsessed! Give them a try, you definitely won't regret it!!

My wife has three times, on different day's, traveled to the Twin Liquors Store at 5401 South FM 1626 to purchase a very common Bourbon. Each time, with absolutely horrendous customer service told her that they were out of stock! There was also no suggestions on where to go at an alternative location to make the purchase. This is not the first time that this out of stock situation has occurred. If you have a business that only sell ONE PRODUCT, you would think that they would have some type of OUT OF STOCK PROTOCOL. I am no longer a Twin Liquors Customer and I will be taking my business to SPEC'S. My wife drove all the way to Slaughter Lane (SOUTH PARK MEADOWS) and they had 12 bottles of the liquor that I needed! IF YOU ARE SMART, DO NOT WASTE A SINGLE MINUTE OF YOUR TIME AT TWIN LIQUORS AT IH-35 and 1626! THEY TOTALLY SUCK!!

So I called the corporate number about it. Today I go back they have 5 wings and a broken oven. I picked up 5 wings (still should have been $5 at most) and 8 boneless ($3) and he charged me over $12. I argued and he said there was a problem with rewards. I put the food back and left. Never going back to this poorly run store ever again. I've managed a gas station. Not having the sale items in is bait and switch. Just tired of this location altogether, I'll go back to Texbest.

They have a good variety and always have a drink special. I got a Martini on the day they were doing vodka specials and I would rate it as one of the best martini's I've ever had. The waitress said she would make it herself and boasted how good it was and she was right. On my last trip, food took a real long time but the waitress profusely apologized and even took 1/2 off. She said the internet was down and the kitchen didnt get our food order. But, that's ok, this is what you get at a local dive bar. You want to meet a buddy for drinks and some grub locally, this is the place to go to.

Stopped in with a friend after hearing good things from a local, especially about the cheesesteak…read more It was early on a Saturday night, so the place was pretty quiet, which wasn't a concern at first. After ordering, we were told they were out of ribeye, so we pivoted to burgers. We also ordered an appetizer sampler. The mozzarella sticks and fried pickles were decent, but the wings were a different story. The honey BBQ sauce tasted more like honey ketchup, and the wings themselves weren't crispy; the skin looked pale and boiled. When our burgers arrived, things really went downhill. We each took a bite and immediately lost our appetite. The bacon wasn't crispy and had an off, almost rancid taste. The onion rings were just okay, but you could clearly taste the oil they were fried in. The fries were the one bright spot and they were actually pretty good. On the positive side, our waitress handled everything well. She was understanding, attentive, and professional throughout, which we appreciated. Only reason why this isn't a one star. Unfortunately, the experience didn't end there. The next day, both of us had stomach issues. Safe to say, this is not a place I'll be returning to.
