This group is professional, caring, and friendly people who do a hard job seeing people in pain, injured daily. These activities are simple but help to strengthen your body. I thank these beautiful ladies, Ann, nicole,nyshay, and my favorite lourdes are great therapists. No matter which person you see.. they follow your program. Have your Doctor or job call and setup to visit. You will feel better after the sessions. And if you come in painful they will make you laugh and forget your pain for awhile.. that is good people. If i need them again i will go back... God Bless.

I've used Access on 3 separate occasions and each time the therapists were terrific. My reason for…read morethe low rating is their insurance/payment policy. The first two times I was told that insurance would pay and it did. The third time I was told the same thing but well after I left therapy I received a bill for the portion that Medicare didn't pay. My insurance hadn't changed. When I called their billing department I was told, "We no longer submit to your insurance company." So, I submitted their bill, was reimbursed a portion of the Access bill and sent it to Access. Today I received a letter from a collection agency. So, bottom line, before you use these guys you'd best get in writing whatever they say.
