He didn't seem to know what he was doing to make it all work. He decided the system was at fault and needed a warranty, but had me order a new kit on my account and then was wishy washy about the explaining of the warranty. He left the satellite unsecured on a pole outside. A storm took the satellite dish off and tossed it to the ground. He did not follow up with me. Several weeks later, I called him, and he used a condescending attitude toward me. Ultimately, I was so uncomfortable with his ability and attitude that I decided not to have him install my Starlink and to wait until I could find someone else to help me. Several techs told me he had charged way too much. He refused to refund me any money for a job he didn't accomplish. UNSATISFIED.

I signed up for Charter and, FOUR MONTHS later i was still not hooked up. I had 8 different people from the company come out to my house and, NO ONE knew that the person before them had already came. NO ONE knew anything. No one communicates. There system never shows the notes you want in there nor do they keep you posted on what's going on. Every time i called to ask what the status of my hook up was they would ask me WHO came over and, what they did. HOW ABOUT THATS YOUR JOB! NOT MINE! One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with. This is the first review I've ever written about someone so, It took a lot for me to even do this but, wanted to save someone else from the crap i dealt with with this company. I contacted DISH for my services and the NEXT DAY they had me set up and, turned on. Not sure WHY IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS for Charter Communications to do this. It was ridiculous. So, save yourself some time and, DO NOT GO WITH CHARTER.

Both were professional, knowledgeable and took pride in completing the installation correctly. I had a few custom requirements, and they handled those quickly and efficiently. They also confirmed the internet speed was as promised. A great start with Allo Fiber!
