I thought my hard drive was going out and Ken agreed with me. We discussed my computer requirements and he offered to build me one that meets my needs. Ken gave me an upfront quote to clone my old computer and build a new one for me. Ken had my new computer ready to go in three working days. I was very pleased with the computer he built for me. It exceeds my needs and was cheaper than buying one elsewhere. He is an honest caring, professional and I have also made a new friend. Thank you so much Ken, I really appreciate what KTS and you did for me. Mike P.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I got completely scammed by Kendal and they did not…read morefix my computer at all. Took my laptop in as I had the blue screen of death. They took it in to diagnose and "fix" it. Once they were done, I was told that for the amount of hours they worked on it, I could buy a new computer. So they gave me a "deal" on the cost to fix it. About 1 week later, I got the blue screen of death with the same error code. I took it back in as I was told that there was a warranty on any work they have done. Was told that the error code was different than the one before and it was a different problem. The error code was indeed the exact same as before. So much for the warranty. I was then told that there was nothing else they could do and that the only next step was to buy a new laptop. Kendal offered to give me a price for some new options, to buy and setup. They gave me pricing for a couple of options for new laptops but wouldn't tell me what the actual model was for what they were quoting. Sounds like a nice way to scam someone and make some money. Kendal never followed up with me after providing the quote, so I think they clued in that I had caught on. I took my laptop into another service and they were able to fix it at minimal cost. I'm really blown away by the quality. This is the internet I would expect to get if I wanted to pay $600/mo for a dedicated fiber-optic business line from a major provider, but I'm paying something like $50/mo for it, less than a cable TV subscription.
