I'm dumping them after 10 days for 1 reason, the remote. They gave me something for streaming called a Xumo box. I didn't ask for it, I expected the usually cable box and remotes. I came from Xfinity where I can go up/down for the channel. The search showed me 8 channels for about the next 4 hours. The remote that came with Xumo looks like it was designed by someone who never used a TV before. Their grid search showed 4 channels for only 90 minutes and gave no info for the programs. Spectrum offered me the old fashioned box but they want $15 each per month and, if I wanted a DVR, it was $13 more. Today, I signed up for DirectTV and as soon as I receive their hardware, I'm cancelling Spectrum. read more

IDK if they're the ones who were adding and messing with the internet cables wires with spectrum in southern pines or whoever is in charge of that but REVERSE WHATEVER U DID. our wifi barely works now! went from fast and liable to never staying connected and taking forever for things to load. i'm personally a gamer SOMETIMES and my games won't even let me play anymore. accessing work related stuff?? Everything. Worst customer service on the planet. Never seen such bad customer service before. Oh and the actual internet service is also bad, but not as bad as the customer service. You should train your employees on how to resolve issues better and/or change your policies. read more

I want to thank Moe one of spectrum technicians for a great job connecting my new service and he also cleaned up after he was done. Then 10 minutes later after he left he called and made sure everything was working for me in case he had to turn around and I love y'all price packages. Thank You Spectrum!!!! read more

The internet service is slower and less reliable than I had in Iraq or Afghanistan. It goes out every other day if not every day, and they don't compensate your bill unless the outage goes longer than four consecutive hours. You have to enter your account information 4 times before you get those chat with a real person.... Who will ask for it again. If you don't have many trees, I'd seriously consider something like STARLINK. It's just about the worst service I've seen. read more
