I was fired from services after only 2 appointments. The first office visit, I requested a refill…read moreon a medication I have been on for 20 years. A life changing medication. It was called in but only at half the dose so I took every other day to make it last and didn't complain as had 2nd visit scheduled in 4 weeks. During the 2nd visit, I requested the same medication refill but at my current very low dose. This was never called in for 21 days. Despite me calling the office everyday for 10 days as I was running out even taking at half the dose. Even the nice Walgreens pharmacist was sending multiple requests without a response and asked me if a problem with this office. With a 4 day holiday weekend coming up, I finally went to office. told the receptionist that I was completely out of med for 3 days, and I would wait in office until called in. I had lost all trust. I had to wait 90 minutes for the provider to call it in and when I asked if it would be soon as I have family here for the holiday, the receptionist told me I was not their only patient. I could not believe a medical staff member would say this to a patient after all I had been through and she was part of the problem. The waiting room was empty the entire 90 minutes so it wasn't patients keeping them busy. She even said in the computer the prescription was generated but never sent to my pharmacy but she still called my pharmacist to see if I filled it. It's already a stigma to have mental health issues from trauma but to be treated like I was telling mistruths to the same receptionist that I called for 10 days in a row to get this filled, was humiliating. My waiting in the empty office upset the receptionist and interrupted her socializing with her friends. She felt threatened that I was sitting in a waiting room waiting for my prescription. I wasn't leaving to withdrawal over holiday weekend with a house full of family. I had to be my own advocate. So today, was supposed to be the start of my talk therapy to help overcome my trauma. I was excited to try this. But I get a call from same inexperienced receptionist 3 hours before my appt, to tell me that I am fired from all services because she felt threatened last Wed when I waited in the waiting room. I have been a RN for 30 years and have always been a patient advocate especially during my years at Hospice but never thought being my own advocate would lead to this over their own mistake. I would recommend to stay away from this office. I wouldn't put your trust into this practice. I am very experienced with health care and if this can happen to me, I would hate if this happened to someone without a strong support system like I have. It could have dire results.

Tiffany wanted to resolve the underlying problem vs just treating the symptoms. She aligned my spine, reduced my scoliosis, and eliminated my back pain. Now we spend our time resolving minor injuries (rotator cuff or knee injuries) which never got attention w chronic lower back pain. I was asked to accompany my relative to a session and I was very happy that my loved one found someone they could relate to about their emotions. It is not an overnight fix to years of problems but it is a great start and we both have continued to do what we can to improve our family dynamic. I can say this is a safe and welcoming space and a caring counselor trying to find solutions to improve all of our quality of life. We have a long way to go but moving forward into positive results feels good.

The owners and staff are truly caring individuals.. but that is not what makes this place stand out…read moreto me... I recently had a family member pass away and I was extremely hysterical... My grief did not go away, bc that is just not how grief affects us, but while using the Ketamine Treatments, I felt somehow closer to my loved one whom passed on... Ketamine gave me the will to push through my emotions, even as painful as they were... I feel, so many times in life, society expects you to accept the death, take a day or two, and then just tuck away your pain inside. And we now know that grief affects your mental and physical health. For me, the Ketamine gave me an allowance to grieve when I need it most. It allowed me to cry and reflect. I still have once treatment to do, but even the last once, I felt like it had helped me work through some intense feelings... Therapy never worked for me. I don't have issues telling someone what I have done, what I need to do, and knowing the steps to take to achieve therapeutic results... but counseling never gave me what I needed, and I've tried various medications, that never worked either, including making my habits worse through medicated assistance. I will never be "cured" of grief... but I feel the Ketamine helps me explore what I know is already inside of me. I can speak to many other people, but if that doesn't click for me specifically, then speaking of the same thing over and over, is useless.. nobody can get me through my issues.... I was told I could smoke medical Marijuana then on my 4th or 5th treatment out of 6, was told it may affect the results. I was also told a therapist is extremely helpful (4th or 5th treatment). The last treatment, I was told Magnesium would help the treatments. I super wish I would have been told this in case it would have helped the treatment work for me. I was so highly relying on this, my fault, and it actually made me feel worse. It helps some and not all, just wanted to share my experience.
