This turned out not to be the case and I contacted the owner Nate Hinze who said that Direct TV did not lock in price for over 12 months...Riffe also told myself and my wife we would receive 2 $100 visa gift cards within 2 weeks of installation. This turned out also to be untrue. I never heard any more back from Riffe or Hinze. This is not a reputable company to deal with!

They also lied about their products when I asked for a price match, and put on a nasty attitude towards me afterwards. The staff is so ghetto that I never plan on going there again, and I encourage people to warn others about it. In a town as ghetto as Portsmouth, this business keeps the ghettoness of Portsmouth in check with their underhanded business tactics.
