Also as another reviewer said very condescending. He lied to me about everything and when we were all done he told me outright that's what he did! Said I needed wifi to set up my phone: False Said I would get a better deal if I started another line: False! He said I needed to erase my visible esim to get a quote on the second line: False Manipulated me into signing up for Verizon home protect making it seem like I already had it on my account: False As soon as a salesman of any sort uses the phrase, you seem like a smart man/woman you should immediately stop negotiating with them Also tricky little language like "you have Verizon home protect" does not mean you actually have it, It just means it is available. I will give him credit for being able to plant that in my head, although I canceled it before he was able to make money off of it I'm sure. also took me three different times to actually cancel the subscription. I ended up being able to do it through the My Verizon app.. this store is a nightmare. It should be restructured immediately! You need to get rid of the guy with braids. He is a scourge on your brand! Verizon's response to this review almost mirrors the response given by the last person who complained about this individual quite some time ago. Mr. Braids makes Verizon far too much money by lying for them to let him go. That's the only explanation for him still being at that store. I think we should demand he be removed.

If you decide to bring it back within 15 days of signing no contract Involved.I asked specifically are you sure there is nothing extra cost wise? He told me straight to my face that there was no extra if brought back within the 15 days. I told him I only needed it for a few months and didn't want to get tied down with anything. It turns out when I went to sign he did tell me after I prodded out him That there is a $360 charge for their Internet module which boils down to 36 months at $10 a month prorated for as long as you keep it up to three years. At that point, I was going to walk out because this was what I didn't want, but he talked me into trying it out and if I didn't like it, it would cost me nothing just bring it back within 15 days. I said fair enough. Well, after 14 I brought it back and it turned out that they have a $39 restock fee. never told me about that and lied right to my face that he did. I told him "boy you people must really need the money if you screw a man for 39 bucks. Well, this is the second time they have taken advantage of me and I should've known but I just wanna warn people that these people are very deceptive and outright liars . caveat emptor " buyer beware" stay away from these people. Unfortunately, I come from a time. When a man's handshake is his honor,I can honestly say this no longer exist in today's society where they will screw you over for two bucks. All I can say is "bad karma is a bitch" I would've given "0"stars if it was available to give. 3/27/2025 Drio 1

The staff is very friendly and they are always busy. It is not unheard of to be waiting 30-45 minutes before you are helped, even they have 3 staff present. I went in, was helped by an over ambitious younger gentlemen who was very friendly but made a key mistake that made me ineligible for any promotion because of the way he placed the order. The Manager and District Manager all attempted to rectify, but they don't have the authority or the permissions to apply a promotion onto the account. They have to suffer the agony of talking with their customer service who then tells them there is no way to fix the situation. In then end, Corporate contacted me and said you have one options and if choose not to go with it, there is nothing else we can do and today I am paying full price for a phone that should have been free when I transferred my service from Verizon to T-Mobile. If I could give the staff 5-stars I would, but the fact T-mobile restricts store employees from performing MANY tasks and requires them to sit on a phone with customer see vice to do half their job, that is what leads to long waits and over 5 hours of being in store only to find out Corporate won't fix the issue.

We talked to Neil in the Auburn maine store. He looked us in the face and said he called the stores in south Portland and the Maine mall. He very specifically said the Portland store didn't have them but the maine mall store had 4. So my friend and I jump in her Tahoe and make the 45 minute drive to the Maine mall store. Neil in fact never called the Maine mall store. They had 0 of the phone wanted in stock. The girl working and her manager tried to smooth things over and offer solutions. However, still came up short. After the BOLD FACE DISHINESTY of NEIL in the Auburn store o will infact not be swapping my phone plan over. My friend proceeded to call the Auburn store and be hung up on by Jake who is claimed to be a supervisor. T mobile, do better.
