I had a badly scratched eye last year and they were so caring & obliging it really left an impression. The prices of their stuff is quite pricey but I guess the value is in the service which is second to none. The contacts were cheap once I'd haggled, but then shot up again after a different optician saw me for a check up! Still, I'd definitely recommend them for service & attention.

After an optometrist discovered a disease in my eye she failed to do the basic and also written rule of a health care practitioner and refer me to a GP & or a hospital. I was ignored for 2 weeks and had to take action in my own hands. I obtained images that had been taken by vision express during my eye test and sent those off to my gp off my own back (this should have been done by them immidietly after my appointment this is part of their duty of care) i was referred to the hospital as an emergency within 48hours of my gp receiving the images vision express took. she was that concerned for my health after reviewing the exact same images she made me an emergency hospital appointment Nearly 2 years of hospital visits and tests, pain in my eye and suffering with very bad light sensitivity with no thanks to vision express. If had chosen to just ignore this and not visit my gp would I have lost my vision? How much pain would I have suffered? My GP immediately referred me to the hospital yet this absolutely shocking company and optometrist did nothing. Their customer service are just as bad and will palm you off and then apologise and admit in "hindsight" they should have referred me..yes you should have!! Don't put your health in this companies hands, they only want your money and will then do all they can to deny any responsibility

Vision Express is probably one of the better opticians in Warrington town centre, with this branch…read morebeing located fairly close to Tim Horton's in Golden Square however it sadly just doesn't compete with other branches in larger towns and cities - in terms of selection and service. The glasses on store here seem to be more suited to a budget range rather than more expensive, bigger branded names which Vision Express is known for - must to the point of not even having a small glass cage you have to ask a staff member to unlock here with the bigger stores almost always having this - the designer brands on offer were towards the cheaper scale of the brand. There was a few tables to sit down with a staff member and discuss sorting out your new pair of glasses or any issues that have arose - but the store seemed to be understaffed without a staff member on the front desk (still remained more staff than customers), which meant the store wasn't as welcoming as most other Vision Express locations. A useful and needed location in the town of Warrington but doesn't appear to meet brand standards by any means - which is sadly something I discovered to be quite common during my time in the Cheshire town. 2*

This is one of the best places to go if you are after reasonably inexpensive jewellery for everyday…read morewear. This isn't the shop to buy investment pieces from, but they have a fantastic range for everyday. This is a relatively small store, but is light and airy and feels larger than it is with all the glass. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to help and advise. I like the fact that they sell gifts at the back of the shop. I have bought many Nao figurines from here, and also the odd gift for a Christening. Great jewellery at great prices.
