I have tried for more than 2 weeks to make contact by phone trying at least 12 times a day, but just get message "your call cannot be transferred. Try again later" . They know I have to travel by bus so need appt about midday but I received a text message making appt for 14.40 today. No way of getting their and they do not answer phone and text message for some reason does not get sent. Very poor service. read more

Not happy with the customer service here from a Indian lady with bushy hair and glasses. We were just in to get a eye sight test for a drivers license test, she told us we had to book an appointment. She even said we don't have any appointments today but you still have to book an appointment. I had just done my full license test at VTNZ and the eye sight machine there was going through a technical issue so they referred us to Specsavers which was down the road, and that they could not issue my license till my eye sighting was approved by an optometrist. And the Indian lady rudely said we should have booked an appointment prior. Well how the heck was I suppose to know the eye sight machine at VTNZ wouldn't work dumass? I called the Specsavers in Papakura and asked if they do walk in service, they said yes. So to the Indian lady here . read more

Absolutely appalling experience, brought my glasses in to update lenses and they said it would take about 3 weeks. A month later we are told they've lost them and coincidentally the frames I had aren't made anymore and I don't like anything they have to offer so if I get screwed again I'll burn the store down. read more
