Please do not be swayed by the slick ad campaigns. The service is lacking in every sense of the word. I have private health cover and still they wanted me to pay a gap , which I refused to do on principal , I was less than pleased. I should have no out of pocket expenses for the type of cover I pay for. The glasses are not the best quality and do not last, you get what you pay for. I would not go here again on principal. Go to an Australian owned business or somewhere that gives decent service and are knowledgeable. read more

Nice store in a good location, Australian owned and operated. Eye examination is good and I found…read morethem to be honest as my prescription for reading glasses had not changed. You can get a nice pair of specs with no gap through a health fund, which is helpful. You can choose from a reasonable range, although their is not anything too trendy. Overall very good and I am pleased.
