I generally deal with David the Manager, for the service I know will always be second to none. That fact plus the knowledge that you always be quotedt a fair (and good) price for anything that your require in the electrical line. If it doesn't happen to be in stock it will be very quickly obtained in store for you or even consigned directly to your home address. Earlier this week I encountered a problem with an item just purchased but as David was already occupied on the phone. I spoke to his colleague Stephen who listened carefully to my problem (related to a Bluetooth item) and proceeded to persevere until he successfully dealt with it and I was able to leave the branch with a very big smile on my face! Needless to say I highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a square deal and great service!
