Had Associated Doors out Sept 13th as our garage door making peculiar noises following openly it…read moremanually after Irma. Pointed out that the bottom was not laying flush to the ground. He spent all of 5 mins "connecting cable to left drum", assured me the door did not need an adjustment and that the bottom edge needed a "seal" but I could do that a later date. Yesterday, while leaving, I noticed the door closing crooked and found it was completely off its track on the left side and hanging precariously. Called the emergency number and was informed it would cost $150 to have someone come out. Danny (stated he was the manager) came about an hour later, repaired the door, bent back in the damaged metal rollers back into place, then attempted to charge me $45. When I pointed out that the door had shredded the side seals due to being off track, he told be he it would be $75 plus parts to repair. He waived the repairs fees for the emergency visit after I pointed out his company was at fault. Now I am forced to spend more money repairing the seals because the first employee neglected to repair the door properly when I voiced my concerns. I find this company UNPROFESSIONAL and a SCAM. Their negligence in the original repair has damaged my door further and they refuse to accept fault for. Pay them to half ass it, then they expect to be paid for the actual repair and finally pay more for the damage it causes. Poor business.

I believed I had scheduled an appointment, but it turned out I had only scheduled a call to make an appointment. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.

The windows arrived on time and the installation was completed in one day. They also handled the permit process for us start to finish. Mike and Vinny have truly gone above and beyond.
