If I could leave negative stars, the secretary, there is completely rude. She actually turned me down for being 5 to 10 minutes late for my appointment granted this was the day after I left emergency room with a broken collarbone for cracked ribs and cracked sternum . I then called and set up my appt with this not nice person on the phone mind you I was a little out of it due to the accident I then got a hold of the receptionist and she set me up with a date and a time. Tell me it was 11 o'clock but try to be there by 10:30 which I didn't recall that and the next day when they sent me a confirmation confirming my appointment saying 11 o'clock like I must've mest that up so I went then about 10 min after 11 I couldn't get a shirt on nor my pants I was trying to get there with out anyone helping me that's when receptionist started yelling, she was yelling at me, telling me that I had to reschedule my appointment because she told me the day before, when I was still out of it from the accident.i was going to have tobe there half an hour early to fill out paperwork and I lost it for a min and raised my voice I then got control of my self and rescheduled make sure that my insurance was good and then told her what kind of insurance I had for the 3 rd time so then we rescheduled. I waited additional three days and then she turned me away and said my insurance was not excepted there, but the hospital emergency room referred me to this doctor, knowing my insurance and the except my work United healthcare well I hope your insurance is up to date I am calling my attorney if you caused me to have to get surgery please go somewhere where the front desk don't have horns read more
