Very flexible with their appointments and attentive to my rehab needs (this is the second ACL reconstruction I have rehabbed with them). Bobby pushed me to do more than I thought I could and the rest of the staff was fantastic. On the other hand, their billing department needs to get it together! I paid my co-pay EVERY time I was in the office, they billed my insurance company quickly, and they paid Action without any issues. Problem is, I met my Out-of-Pocket maximum and now they owe me money! After a month of dealing with this (and they agree they owe me the money) I'm now fed up! Especially since they have sent me TWO bills saying I owe them money! (I posted this comment on their FaceBook page and it was promptly deleted!) Bottom line, LOVE THE THERAPY STAFF but be sure you keep track of your insurance payments! Don't pay the bills until you compare to the Explanation of Benefits!

I was referred to Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital for a Sleep Study, to see if I might have…read moreObstructive Sleep Apnea. The Staff were fantastic. I am sorry that I did not get the gentleman's name who assisted, but he was helpful in getting me set up, and leading back out of the building. I do want to bring attention to Briana. She was the Technician who set me up for the Sleep Study, and took me through it, start to finish. Briana explained every step of what would take place, and answered any question I had. It is a bit daunting to have to go through any medical testing, and it helps to feel at ease. Briana provided the information regarding every step of the procedure, which helps you to not be left wondering. In the morning Briana woke me, and advised me that a Doctor would review the results of my Study, and send the findings to my Primary Care Physician within two weeks. My Primary Care Physician should contact me to discuss, and to contact my Primary Care Physician if I do not hear from them. For a night spent with wires stuck to my head, and all over my body, including a wire type thing strapped under my nose to monitor my breathing, it wasn't totally unpleasant thanks to Briana, and the staff at Hillside Rehabilitation Hospital.

I was unaware that it became the receptionist job to question where I decide to have my medical care but here, I guess, it is. My appointment was changed to a date that I had not agreed upon and when calling to change the appointment I was ask "Why do you need to change it?" in a tone I don't even use with my dog. Upon arriving I was asked the normal questions and being as I just received a new PCM, when asked his name, I said Brian instead of Brad by mistake and she yelled at me saying " DON'T YOU MEAN BRAD?" and rolled her eyes and scoffed. TODAY, she had an appointment but hot a phone call early this AM asking her to come in early.. Low and behold, we are now 2 hours and 20 minutes in and STILL sitting in the waiting room.. Now WHY would you call the day of and ask someone to come in EARLY then NOT see them early? Oh I know, you want to screw with people because you're a Dr.!!! Well Aren't we just the fools!?!? 2 and 1/2 hours and never seen!!! Yep, we left!! Typical Dr. doesn't care about patients, ONLY the almighty dollar. Let's stack 5 to 10 patients in every 10 minute slot, give crap for care, Bill as much as humanly possible and call it a day!

Mrs…read more McConnell came out and gave me one of the warmest greetings that I have ever received at a medical office. I had not been at the first appt, so she brought me right up to speed on the status of things. I could tell that my daughter was right at ease and comfortable. We enjoyed a casual banter throughout the visit as she explained things and answered questions, to/for both of us. Best of all, the first assessment and adjustment seemed to have worked very well. As a side note, most offices have worthless drivel magazines laid out as an after thought, but this was only the second office which I can recall which had books laid out, and carefully selected books at that. If you ask my family, they will tell you that I find fault with most businesses that I deal with, but I will certify that this office topped the charts for professionalism, service and true caring.
