Bobby pushed me to do more than I thought I could and the rest of the staff was fantastic. On the other hand, their billing department needs to get it together! I paid my co-pay EVERY time I was in the office, they billed my insurance company quickly, and they paid Action without any issues. Problem is, I met my Out-of-Pocket maximum and now they owe me money! After a month of dealing with this (and they agree they owe me the money) I'm now fed up! Especially since they have sent me TWO bills saying I owe them money! (I posted this comment on their FaceBook page and it was promptly deleted!) Bottom line, LOVE THE THERAPY STAFF but be sure you keep track of your insurance payments! Don't pay the bills until you compare to the Explanation of Benefits!

I've spent a fortune trying to walk straight. Now I'm making progress. I just started a 10 week therapy plan. Twice a week. I actually think it will work.
