I took ny car in because I had no heat. Keith and the service dept. Listened to my complaint and he treated my car as if it were his own. He was able to diagnose the problem and came up with a plan to fix it. I'm so grateful and happy with the outcome because now I have heat! I don't recommend. I had tires I ordered offline install there. They tore up the 2 good tires I asked them to save, I was going to use as spares. They didn't reduce my bill or replace them. Most recently I brought my car in to have 1 rim repaired. They tried to tell me that a brand new set of tires were dry rotted & only replaced that tire with a used 1 instead of a new tire like I had on there. I ordered a new set of rims from them for my other car but I didn't trust them to install them. I had them installed somewhere else. I even had a tire mechanic look at it before I brung it to this place which is where I purchased both rims and tires less than 45 days ago. tires were defective which is what the other tire mechanic said because it was a bubble in the tire. Not only did Justin LIE and say the rims were bent, He also had the Spanish guy damage the rim in less than 2 minutes of them taking my car in the back the guy with dreads come running out saying it was collision damage. I'm like nope!!! I have pictures to prove that none of these fresh marks were here prior to me coming here. They threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. I called the cops for them, and kindly called my attorney as well. This place is only surviving because they rip people off that are unaware of the Scam! You have a G37x and had taken it to the Infinite dealership four different times for fix a vibration. Each time they told me there was nothing wrong. I brought my car in and Special Rim was able that fix the problem (brakes and rotors). It took six hours but that was mainly due to the part store sending the wrong parts. This place put rims ONLY on my car and broke my sensors! And then used a zip tie to hold them together and did not tell me! Their desk manager is horrible and I suggest you all NEVER use this company. I'm new to the area and I know now that Riverdale is not the area to do business in. Well I'm new to Georgia and I have a pair of Chrome 22 inch rims and I came in and asked the guy if they do high-speed balance and he said yes and then he said that they can change the Oil and he said yes so I drop my car off then 30 minutes later he called me and said one of your rims Was bent so I was like OK cool can you fix it he say yes so I Was like cool so when I got my car back I seen my rim was scratched terribly .so I asked him why was it scratched he said oh yeah that's The way it supposed to look I said really bro it looked better before you fixed it ..i'm not gonna say that they had bad customer service but they really need to work on fixing the Rimes because The rim look better before they fixed it now I have to buy a new Rim they really need to tell the customers when they fix chrome Rimes the Rim will be scratched terribly that's customer service I will never do business with them again I wish they would've did a great job so that I would have a place to take my car when I need it fixed but I'm go say again if you have chrome wheels please do not take it to them they will fuck it up very bad trust me ......... read more

I had the worst experience and i was a first time customer. was told my rim cap will be mailed to me next day i waited a week never received it. called back told me it gone be shipped out next day shipping after the manger told me sorry for the trouble. then i wait 5 more days and still didn't get my next day shipping after i paid 40 dollars for next day, no refund for my shipping difference. package came after 5 days shipping on package was only $7.10 then my caps didn't fit correctly to small and bubbles and scratches on it edges were uneven not smooth and they have the nerve to talk to me crazy like its my fault. horrible costumer service EVER!!!!!! read more

Went in to to get a crack fixed and ended up with other work done other than what I asked for... I've spent hundreds with them in the past for dents but it didn't matter. .. they still got over on me.... As of yesterday I paid to fix the same tire 2 times for about $400 30 days apart.... Should have bought new rims from the shop up the street instead of deal with them and waste my money... And after I caught them hustling me I got $50 store credit!!!! I'm done with them. read more

tried to over charge me by $170. told me that the work needed to be done was actually 6 times longer than the mechanic that fixed my issue so Hung could rack up more labor hours onto the bill. also charged me $65 to run a diagnostic test which all he did was input a code reader and did some other bullshit and made me waste 3 hours. maybe he's good, maybe he's not but definitely not pleased with this shop's basic care of a customer. read more

I was very pleased with the service at Special Rims. They are very friendly, professional, and match competitive new tire pricing. Juston provided me an upfront written quote for services requested. I had my Jeep wheel rim edge sanded to remove curb damage and its looks great! Also had five new Michelin tires installed with hidden weight balancing for cosmetic and appearance purposes. I brought my Dodge Ram here to get all four of my wheels repaired since a had curbed them. I get a phone call that Monday around 1 o'clock saying that my truck was all finished up and ready to be picked up. I go there and they are STILL REPAIRING MY RIMS, but they were just about done with them. I ask the owner about how much longer it'll be and he said about another 30 mins or an hour. I sit and wait and two hours go by and I get no news about the truck. The owner checks on my truck and it's still not done. About four more hours go by and the truck finally gets done and I finally leave that place. As I'm driving the truck starts shaking really bad as if the passenger tires are about to fly off. I call back to Special Rims Inc. and they tell me to bring the truck back and they'll check it out. I go back and they check the balance on the tires and then say I'm all set to go. Thinking the truck is in better shape I don't worry about anything. Ha wrong!!! The truck is still shaking as it was doing before and the place is already closed at this point so I can't go back. The next day I go to Tire South and they dismount my rims from the tires and I literally have gallons upon gallons of water in EVERY SINGLE TIRE. So in other words Special Rims Inc. almost ruined a $5000 set of Fuel Forged Rims. I call back to Special Rims and tell them and Justin (the owner) says that there is nothing that they can do for me. I then ask him if they still have my wheel lock that went into my wheel spacer because they had to take them off and he says that it most likely got moved around and he literally refused to look for it. And not to mention, but their shop smells like straight up weed and their show room is filthy and dirty like an ass. Won't be coming back here to do any business ever again!!!!!!! read more

I too would give them less that one star if possible. I bought a set of 26 in' rims and tires from these "customer service geniuses" and brought them back periodically for balance and rotation. On one occasion the tech used a impact socket and scratched the clear coat inside the lug holes and colored it with what appeared to be a marker ruining the finish. On the last visit I noticed that the side walls on all 4 Delinte Desert Storm D8 306/30/26 began to crack. They called the distributor to see if they would warranty the defect on these crap tires and the distributor, over the phone, and without an inspection mind you, ASSUMED that they were improperly inflated due to "cold weather an refused to warranty them. My 2009 Infiniti QX56 is equipped with TPMS and the tires have NEVER been below 45 psi. Max pressure is 49psi. If that's the kind of service you get when you spend $3200 on tires and rims I'll take my business elsewhere. read more
