Well last night I flossed like I always do and the filling came out. Now that side of my mouth hurts and I tell that to the receptionist and she said he won't be available til Monday. I ask will it be covered and she said since they have to do it over I would have to pay again. I explained to her about the sensitivity, and how I have other fillings from other dentist & it never fell, this isn't on me so why would I have to pay again. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They even give blankets and iPods during procedures if you want. Wu, an oral surgeon at the Saint Claude location, performed the extraction of all four wisdom teeth and prescribed narcotics, as well as steroids. My recovery was difficult, and I required substantial pain management. As a registered nurse, it was not safe for me to return to work while taking narcotic medication. However, Dr. Wu declined to complete the documentation required by my employer regarding my medical leave related to the procedure and recovery. I also was unable to speak directly with the doctor to address this matter. Overall, I had a very negative experience with this office, including interactions with the office manager, and I would not recommend their services.
