That is not what the sign said so make it right and fix your signage. Pottery is any ceramic ware. Not just pots. After escalating up to the store manager, Melissa, she talked down to me and finally reluctantly gave me the discount along with the huff and puff of her attitude. I spend $700 each summer and she just lost my future business. A simple acknowledgement of the issue, a kind "sure, let me get you that and thanks for bringing it to my attention- we will better word that sign" would have been the better strategy, don't you think? But instead, she decided to be hostile.
