They got to it right away and got it done in a very timely fashion. And, I must admit that I was really surprised how nicely they cleaned up when finished. They left our yard cleaner than we they got here. We had a large silver maple totally taken out. The stump is just over 4' in diameter. Must have been 50+ feet high. And we had two large branched in an ash tree to remove. Another silver maple we had them trim it up and it looks great. The last tree was a sickly evergreen about 35-40' tall. I gave them a 2 since they originally were responsive. If they didn't have time to deal with my situation then they should have said so. According to the last text the arborist Noah was going to review and get back to me and there has been no response since May 27th. I do not recommend this company.
