Horrible customer service by the manager of the Lugoff location her name is Rita.. If your looking for a smile and no attitude along with pleasant environment when you spend your money this ISN'T the location you .. She will talk to however she is feeling that day .. like she told me today she is the manager go somewhere else... I recommend going to the Elgin location the manager there is amazing she greets you with Customer service from the time you walk in not much more of a drive for kindness and respect..
I would have gave no stars if that was an option. Speaks oil I'm sure you can do better with your customer service requirements in your managers. read more
