Great customer service…read more Went here for a slow leak on a tire I bought at the Garners Ferry location about 6 months ago. They said about an hour and they would be done. After about 40 minutes the service technician told me they couldn't find any leak to repair after they put the tire in the bath to locate the leak, at 80lbs pressure. I told him that maybe pumping it up that high and checking the valve stem will fix it. Much better experience here than at the Garners Ferry location a few weeks ago! This is now my Discount Tire location of choice.

I was greeted by Cameron, who was very professional and knowledgeable. After Cameron examined the tire he informed me that the tire was 10 years old and he stated it is unsafe to just plug it. So I decided to just buy 4 new tires for my tire, when Cameron gave me a very affordable quote. He informed me that he would be able to get the tires within 2 hours. He estimated that my truck would be ready within 8 hours, and just actually got it done within 6 hours. I'm very pleased and happy with this experience!!! The gentleman I talked to, Gabriel, was very rude when I asked why there was an additional $18 charge for an oil filter when any other time I have had oil changed in another vehicle, the cost of the filter was included in the business' pricing and he rudely stated, "we have been doing it this way for 52 years, do you want us to change the way we do our pricing?" Of course, I said no, I do not not expect you to change your pricing, but if I take her car to the dealership, I can have the oil & filter changed for the same price and Gabriel said "I was welcome to do that instead." Needless to say, I let Camden Tire do the job since I did not want to waste another 2 to 3 hours out of my day, but I strongly advise any other potential new customer to find somewhere else for an oil change since it cost $88 at Camden Tire and $86 at Kia.​

I did not have an opportunity to do a shakedown between repairs and the trip. Around Fayetteville a chirping noise started coming from the engine compartment. Driving fine, gauges all look good. Over time the chirp turns into what sounds like bearing noise. Start thinking water pump. Traveling with my wife , a new rescue dog and all the rest (gifts etc). I decide I'm getting as close to family as possible before it quits. Truck continues to do fine despite this squeal. We make it to Lugoff late Christmas Eve. Truck running fine but that water pump has to be junk by now. Today talked with a very pleasant person at Randy's who said we could drop it off anytime. Truck is at Randy's a little before noon. Less than 90 minutes later I get a text the truck is ready and the bill is $40. Seems the tech that did the work at home did not route the new serpentine belt correctly. I called right away and spoke again with the same person. I was told the issue was as messaged and the bill was $40. I asked who did the work and if I could leave a tip for them. I was told Mr. Randy did the work himself. I insisted I be charged $100 and happily shared my billing details. They could have very easily told me I needed a new water pump as I suspected but instead did the right thing. A new and grateful customer. Thanks again.
