He responded to my request promptly, provided a reasonable estimate based on the scope of work and based on the photos I provided of my house. Mario scheduled a time with me as when he could perform the work. On the morning he was to arrive, Mario messaged me to request if he could be here a little earlier than the scheduled time and that he was only about 10 minutes away. I agreed. Mario was very friendly and professional. He performed the tasks as I requested in about 30 minutes. Mario told me a little about his company and asked me to keep him in mind if I required any other service in the future. Mario did not try to UP-SELL me on any additional services and stayed focused on the scope of work.

Bauer Roofing is a well oiled machine. They are tight like band that's been playing together for years. Making an appointment at noon on Friday to the initial consultation happening that same Friday afternoon same day to the choices of materials and wide array of services offered. They have all the top names and best quality products. You can't go wrong. They have access to a great finance program that beats the others. Pricing is competitive, all staff are warm, friendly, and knowledgeable and the end result for us was much better than I ever thought was achievable. Well Wilson's roofing did not disappoint us, Mr. Wilson was very helpful in explaining details of all what was involved and my wife and I really enjoyed talking with him as he was friendly and glad to answer any questions. He had a large enough crew that they were able to put a new roof on in just one day and the workers all seemed like they cared about doing a really good job, and even though they had tarps covering the ground around the house even after they were done and took up the tarps I saw a worker going around picking up even small bits of old roofing material, they not only did a good job on the roof itself but made sure to leave the area very very clean afterwards. I myself did roofing for a very short while in my younger days so I am familiar with the roofing process and I was very impressed at how Mr. Wilson and his workers believe in doing the job the right way.
