I have never taken the time to write a yelp review but i HIGHLY recommend bringing your pet here. I was very nervous about having my girl spayed but they all made the process so easy. The ladies allowed me to go with her to the back room while they weighed her and answered all my questions. They texted me with updates and even called a few days later to check up and see how she's doing. Her recovery has been better than i could have ever expected! :)

The day after River's procedure.

Awesome job neutering and microchipping my dog River. I was amazed at how fast he recovered. Following surgery, I expected him to still be a bit groggy and have discomfort for a couple of days. However, this wasn't the case. The very next day, he was back to his normal self. I highly recommend this place. Low cost, effective and the vet explained to me in detail his procedure and costs prior to me signing off.

Very professional considering the amount of dogs they handle in a day. Very compassionate and informative.

The incision was very neat and clean, glued, rather than stitches or staples so don't have to return.

Dr. Rafla is incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, and thorough, and he goes out of his way to be helpful and provide excellent service. I trust Dr. Rafla over anyone else, which means a lot. He gives the best advice I've ever seen in a vet. Everything about his practice is all I'd want it to be. Clean, organized, accurate, no waiting, easy to get an appointment, calm and loving environment, and you get to be with your dog during checkups (instead of stuck in a waiting room without them). Everyone on staff is caring, knowledgeable, helpful, and beloved by our fur babies. Our pets feel more comfortable at this vet than our previous vets. The cats and dog enjoy their private exam room where they can explore and sniff. Our 18-year-old cat jumps high up to Dr. Rafla's exam room desk to sit next to him while he's talking to me. Dr. Rafla is very proactive with early detection, prevention, and care. He calls to ask how your pet is doing after any meds or procedures are given. Our pets are now much healthier after having him as a vet. Vine Animal Hospital has a great app where I can keep track of all our pets and their appointments with a cute picture and all their stats available. They send emails each holiday as a heads-up for how to keep your pets safe sponsored by Dr. Rafla's sweet new grand dog, Hazel. Vine also sends email reminders and follow-up phone calls for wellness exams, vaccines, preventive heartworm, flea and tic medication, and more. Dr. Rafla provides in-depth life-extending information during our pets' wellness exams through full blood analysis profiles. Dr. Rafla has the knowledge and ability to do everything possible to give our pets a long, healthy, quality life. Making the change to Vine Animal Hospital has kept our household running smoothly, and our fur babies healthy and happy. Dr. Rafla doesn't just see pets medically. He's also very grounding and emotionally supportive because he sees and gets you as a person. He's truthful, realistic, and dependable. He cares deeply about pets and their people. He sees the big picture, and also what's hidden. All our pets love Dr. Rafla and so do I.

Initially, my experience with Easyvet was positive. However, when I tried to cancel my monthly…read moresubscription, I discovered it was actually a year commitment. I read the flyer they provided top to bottom as well as their website and no where on either does it mention the year subscription is $540. I was already paying more than what I wanted to at $45 a month when I could have gotten pet insurance for $30 a month with more benefits. The benefits Easyvet provides is only for basic care. If your animal has any additional problems then they give you a 10% discount. At no point was I informed of their policies for this "monthly subscription". The family member who recommended this place mentioned they had to ask an employee to explain the monthly plan to them which then they decided the $200 a yr plan was better. This is shady and as of today they have not been able to provide me anything in writing to confirm the policy of the plan I have been paying $45 a month for. I have had other frustrations with this business but I just thought it was my fault since I am a first time cat owner. My cat initially tested positive for giardia. At the time we had another cat that was a stray but he was negative for worms. At my cat's next check up, he tested positive for Cryptosporidium. It was confusing where he got it since he didn't test for it before but the vet staff informed us he could have not tested for it before because of the other worms. However it was still weird how he tested positive for it out of nowhere and apparently it can only be transmitted through other animals/food. Since we are first time cat owners so we asked the vet what to do and we were told we can keep our cats together but for them to not eat/drink or go into each other's litter boxes. We then had them do supervised playtime for a few hours a day. We treated him for 2 weeks(2x a day). He continued to test positive for 5 months. We would ask the vet if we should completely separate them since he keeps testing positive but every time they said we don't have to. (Also our other cat caught crypto as well but was able to get it treated in 2 weeks). After the first 2 months of testing positive we went full lockdown for him. He would be quarantined in our bedroom and as before we continued to scoop his litter daily, clean out his litter box every week (bleach, sanitize, hot water, new litter), wash out his bowl, and even tape the bottom of our door so the cats couldn't interact through the bottom of the door. We went as far as cleaning his paws after he used the litter box and even mopping the floors as often as we could because (even though we don't wear shoes in the house) we thought somehow our shoes were tracking in germs from the outside. He continued to test positive for worms until March or April when the we called the vet and they informed us they will stop Mango's treatment since it can be dangerous for him to take anymore medicine but to wait 6 months and they will treat him again. They couldn't give an answer on why he continued to test positive for Cryptosporidium. At this point I was tired of paying $45 a month for a 10% discount on $80 worm tests so I decided to cancel the subscription and get a second opinion. To note when he tested positive again for worms in December they gave us meds and told us to retest him in March so I paid $135 for my cat to not see the vet. Also a family member who goes here, their cats tested positive for Cryptosporidium and was able to treat for it within 2 weeks. Initially we thought it was from the cats being outside on their 3rd floor balcony/catio but I now know what each one of our cats has in common, a vet. The cleanliness, the family member and I have decided to move to another vet after we started discussing our concerns. The office is small w/ reception area and a hallway that leads to small rooms/cubicles that have an exam table, a singular chair. I used to be happy with how quickly we were lead to a room but I noticed when we left they never wiped down the exam table or anything else. Beware of this place..

Upon sitting in the office we are explained we were misquoted and there was a vaccine she did not quote. As this changed the price significantly we asked for the original price to be honored. Ms. Shawn was rude and condescending, at no point she acknowledged her mistake but rather made up excuses and tried to make it sound like it was our fault because "there is no way she would know what the dog needed". When I repeated we said it over the phone several times she smiled and said "then I didn't hear you". She proceeded to offer to discount the vaccine but then the first time visit discount would be removed which would in fact increase the bill, another condescending response that did nothing but increase discomfort. We had asked for the quote because the vaccines were needed in a timely manner so had no option but to proceed. Dr. Johnson was very sweet and professional. But this clinic will never see my dog again. Making mistakes is human but bullying your patients to avoid owing to them is very low.

This was a self-referral- I did not have to have another vet refer me to him to make my appointment. Dr. Avra spent a good 45 minutes with my dog. He conducted a thorough physical examination of my dog (he was very gentle). X-rays were not needed. He confirmed that my dog had a ruptured CCL ligament in her left hind leg and patellar luxation in both hind legs. Dr. Avra recommended surgery, and gave me a detailed copy of the preliminary estimate for her surgery, handouts to take home, as well as their hospital's brochure, which I've attached. Dr. Avra did not pressure me one bit to go ahead with the surgery, but instead he told me to go home and talk it over with my family before making any decisions, esp since CCL surgery is an absolute fortune ($2300). I ended up paying only $68 for today's appointment! My dog is 10 years old now, so I've been to my share of vets over the years, but never have I been to a vet as knowledgeable, thorough, trustworthy, and informative as Dr. Avra. I highly recommend Dr. Avra to anyone in need of advanced care (specifically orthopedics) for a pet. He is phenomenal.
