We chose A1 since they did their own measurements, cutting and install. Betty was fabulous. She was able to give a rough estimate just from the pictures we provided and got the square footage so close to the actual laser measurements they came and did before the cutting of the stone. She also honored our quote when something changed on a minor scale. The communication was superb. She was always available via text or phone. The person that came out to do the final measurements was very nice and professional. The crew that came out to install our granite were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave until they got our approval of the job being well done. Everyone cared about their job and enjoys their job and it shows. Their prices were very reasonable. We made this decision after much research and looking at newer RV which are all poorly built. Our galley was pretty bad with a nicked tan counter top. We took this old top off and down to Just Tops. They made us a new one which was a pretty tricky job. I am so grateful I choose a local business because they really gave us a personal touch. There was not a ton of money involved but we were given the attention as if we were having a major kitchen build. It took about a week. This morning we brought the RV to the shop, carefully maneuvered the new top in, put in a couple of screws then put in the sink, stove top, and molding when we go home. Our RV is transformed. It is much much brighter and even smells new.

We had granite countertops installed my a now-gone company in Tallahassee. The original company had…read moreto come out 5 times to reattach the under the counter sink as it kept dropping. They made a real mess of it! I had called so many places in town to see if they could fix it, but every place I called told me "We don't fix install issues from other companies". I had just about given up (as did my sink, as it was kinda hanging), until I heard about Talquin Fabrication. When I called, they told me that they do in fact fix this sort of work and they scheduled a repair for me. The repair folks arrived, on time, and they were super nice. The repair took a while, as the original company was a joke, but it has been 6 months and the sink is still locked in place and looking good. As for price, it was really affordable, especially when I felt I was faced with having the entire countertops replaced! The repair was under $200 and they tried to give me a discount based on the repaired item, not the time. Wow. If you need granite countertops repaired due to poor installation or anything else, these are the folks to call!

But after going to the MGM store we met with Ron and he was just the kind of salesman I like doing business with.. no pressure.. no bull...He showed me what he had and explained the pros and cons of all and told me what the price would be with my measurements .. he let me make up my mind what I wanted and answered all my questions. Ron made the whole experience easy with no stress at all. My husband and I were ready but on a very tight schedule with getting the job completed.. Ron was most accommodating and said he could get the job done within the time frame we needed it .. Ron said he would have Jorge come to measure and he also wanted us to go to their warehouse and see the actual quartz that they would be installing. This part my husband enjoyed as he saw how it is cut and prepared to be installed which was fascinating to him. Jorge drove to Carrabelle to measure and decided we could have a larger bar area which was great. within a few days the installers came and tore out the old granite and installed the quartz.. I was so surprised as have to admit I was nervous knowing they were working around new appliances that had just been delivered. They were fantastic and got job done in only a couple of hours.. they cleaned up nicely and were very polite and very hard working guys. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and these guys worked very hard to make my kitchen perfect for me. One of the installers name was Ryan and Im so sorry I don't remember his helpers name.. I highly recommend MGM for their outstanding service and employees!

Attention seniors -- do not use this business. This company showed us a picture of the material…read morethat they were supposed to use. When they came to install the counter tops, the first thing they did was rip out the old counter tops. Then they brought in the countertop into the house, it was not what we ordered. I swear a 12 year old with a photograph could have seen that something was wrong. MGM just does not pay attention. It is just a case of fraud. If they had not ripped out our old kitchen, I would have refused the installation, my wife and I would have reconsidered the job completely. In fact, we did refuse completing the installation for a week to see if we could get the countertop we wanted. We went a week without a kitchen and then because of our schedules, we had to accept the counter top. They discounted the purchase, but now we have something we don't want -- The worse part is when they installed the sink, they used the wrong sink. White's plumbing came and evaluated the job, the disposal water exit is lower than the drain leaving the house. The plumber said that there is no way to plumb the job, unless we pay thousands to cut out the back of the cabinet, move the pipe behind the cabinets down, inside the wall. That is what mgm considers the 'right thing' rather than just buying another $450 sink and replacing it for us. They screwed up, did not measure to make sure they were using the correct sink and we are paying the price. When questioned why we are in this situation they said "We don't measure the sink." That's odd because the other 2 companies did measure the sink and tried to make sure that they would sell us the appropriate sink. MGM is completely CARELESS. Again, had they MEASURED the tolerances under sink they would have realized that we need a 7"deep sink. They refuse to do anything, saying instead that we should spend thousands to have a major construction done to make their sink work, rather than using the correct equipment. So we are stuck with a countertop we did not order, a disposal that cannot be reconnected. Now we have to by another sink and hire another contractor to finish the installation. That is above and beyond the price of the contract.
